Other than the random Trashy Trump clock....I've always loved this store. There are so many different books to choose from for adults and kids. Lots of random tools and outdoor related things. There are literally deals, bargains, and one of a kind finds in every nook and cranny.

Nice items at bargain prices. I bought a Brookstone handheld leaf blower for $14.99. The item did work, but greatly under powered for me. Also, I charged it up till the green light indicator came on to say it was fully charged. The charge lasted only 20-25 minutes. So I returned it to the same store. You will need your receipt to conduct the transaction. The clerk made it painless as possible to return the item. I did get the full amount paid and credited back to my card!!

The store is usually clean and organized. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful! I left two floor mats on the bottom of a cart one visit. The manager (I wish I could remember his name) allowed me to go look for them and found them!

Your representatives were always courteous and helpful. Your company is outstanding about their policies. Thank you for being a great company. I will recommend you to everybody I know.

The quality of this establishment has seemed to decline. Upon arrival there was a large sign that said no back packs. I thought that was a reasonable request. It wasn’t until my 3 year old said she had to potty when my experience tanked. After finally being able to locate the restroom behind all of the excess stock on pallets and multiple block doors it seems to restroom sign had been removed from the door. I was only able to locate it when I decided to look up for the restroom this way sign which pointed to this blank door. Which was also locked. I just so happened to see an associate walking by when I asked her if I needed somebody to unlock the bathroom for me she says yes walks away about 2, 3 minutes later returns with Her supervisor. Who then walks past me enters the back office goes through some other doors take another 3 to 4 minutes and then returns with the keys which she then finally unlocked the door and the bathroom had the audacity to be nasty smelly and tissue covered all over the floor. Not to mention the ceiling was moved and suspiciously out of place! After finishing and returning to the front to meet my mother at check out my daughter sat in a car as we checked out she grabbed a candy bar and almost immediately the rude woman at the register checking us out tells my daughter to put it back and that she was being sneaky. Not funny not cute not appropriate. She’s a child let me correct my child. Will not be spending any more money here. As a woman and a black woman yall go somewhere else ! Oh and when I asked why is the bathroom ceiling displaces and dirty management said it’s an old building and looked at us as if I had a 3rd eye. EEEEYUCKKKKK DONT BOTHER terrible vibe cause they this everybody stealing.
