Ollie's Bargain Outlet

It was my first time going to an Ollie's. And I have to say i was impressed. They have some really great deals. I got a jet blend for $10 , thermometer for $10 An fgtv book for $3 and a pack of spa face 5 masks for $1. The toy section is amazing as well and if you like action figures or a collector they have some really good deals as well. I definitely will be going back. Also i like they have a rewards card too.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a key to the bathroom and was told to go up front for one that was attached to a paint brush. The older gentleman at the register was very rude and disrespectful telling me it’s not lock which it was/is and I needed to push harder. It not the kind of door that you push to begin with. He raised his voice when I told him nicely mind you that I was sent up by a different employee to ask for the key. He raised his voice and told me it’s not locked. I’ll never step foot into that Ollie’s again!

Queensbury NY 12804 (Aviation Mall) The store is in a disaray, Ive not ever seen it so awful as I did yesterday 5/5/26 literally looks like the just dumped stuff anywhere and every where. 1 register and that guy was all over the place. the few worker I encountered looked as though theyd rather be anywhere but there. 1 lady was on her phone FB in an isle torwards back of store with stuff scattered all over. I know its a bargain store but it used to be a decent place to browse and look but it seemed like a junk thruft store with not so thrifty pricing 2 stars is generous. I do hope they get decent management soon so they can draw more patrons. now I understand why ocean state job lots is so busy, its ORGANIZED and clean which makes it more Appealing🤦‍♀️ please clean up this store

My hubby loves this store A must on every USA trip

A crazy, vaguely organized store of random things. Whether you're looking for a sheet set, rugs, a mattress, snacks, coffee, pots and pans...or anything in between, you could possibly find it there. If you're easily overwhelmed by piles of products and narrow aisles then you should pribably skip it, if you love finding the treasure you didnt know you needed amongst all the rando things you'll never need- then this is the place for you.
