Sleep and Spas - Lake George

We purchased a Sundance spa from sleep and spas a few years ago. It has been absolutely fantastic. The hot tub itself has been great but more importantly the level of service and responsiveness from Eric and his team is amazing. They answer questions promptly and provide excellent advice on how to maintain and service my spa. We have had hot tubs in the past and have had problems getting them to work properly. With sleep and spas, we have had absolutely no problems or issues. They are fantastic. We highly recommend them for their spas and their excellent customer service.

Stay way. It’s impossible to get someone on the phone. I had to reached out multiple times to find out when our tub would be available after some time went by. There was a little bit of what felt like “the run around” to get us our equipment. Once our bullfrog tub was delivered, the delivery team forgot to bring our stairs with him during the step up. He assured me he would get back to me about either pick up or drop off. Crickets. During the past few weeks I have left many messages about getting our steps. Now the crickets are quiet. It wasn’t best experience, but our bullfrog tub is wonderful.

STAY AWAY!!! Do not be fooled by them. They refused to deliver me my hot tub and will not give me a refund. I have the entire encounter with the delivery team on camera. They will lie to your face to collect your money and then disappear. They ghosted me when I tried calling for weeks and when I showed up in person the place was closed during business hours. Now they are even fighting my chargeback instead of just issuing the refund. Completely unprofessional and now this is becoming illegal.

This store is great. We have ordered a hot tub as well as mattresses from them. My most recent Matress was delivered by Brett and Asa. I had recent surgery and the went above and beyond in helping me set up my new bed and taking care of all the extras of doing this. I highly recommend. Very grateful for their help!

The store looks amazing, they carry a good selection of high-end therapy options from quality brands such as Bullfrog Hot tubs, Caldera, endless pools. Sleep and spas always have a great selection of mattresses that are super comfy. Def recommend talk to Mitch or Kevin they took great care of me.
