Was just in there, got my few things and got in line to check out. The line backed up a little because Sidney was the only one at a register. She called Shawn out to help, she had already checked out 3 people by the time he finally got up front. He very rudely tells her, with a few customers still in line, that he thought the rule was you only call for help when there are 5 or more in line. When she called him there was. She was extremely nice to the customers but I don't feel like he should have said anything, especially not in front of any customers.
View on GoogleGreat place to shop, easy to find what you're looking for, and fast checkout
View on GoogleThe staff are polite and helpful. I wish the Fairlea location would get their bathrooms fixed. Spending an hour shopping in there and having a little one with no bathroom is troublesome. Otherwise, selection is typically decent, and the store is clean but can be a little disheveled which can be expected for a bargain store. Be prepared to lose reception. We like to check product reviews on things we're considering. There is no wifi available and definitely no cell reception.
View on GoogleYou find things nowhere else in town. Some good deals on certain things.
View on GoogleI've been to several Ollie's Outlets but this one is one I'll never go back to. It was disorganized and dirty inside.
