My fiancée and I had a very good experience at the ortho mattress in cypress I highly recommend and will come back for future purchases when needing another bed! Lisa was very polite and knowledgeable she definitely went above and beyond and answered any questions we had. She made it very easy for us to choose a bed! My fiancée and I have back issues and was looking for a specific type of comfort. Not only did she show us multiple to choose from to give us options. She explained in detail and gave us a demonstration which I feel is going above and beyond :) No need to go else where! We found an absolutely perfect mattress to take home. Highly recommend and to ask for Lisa if you want the best customer service.

Lisa was awesome helping me find a mattress, very patient and helpful giving all the details of the mattresses! 10/10

We had such an incredible experience at Ortho Mattress, and it was all thanks to Lisa. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely taken care of. What truly stood out was how knowledgeable and patient she was. She walked us through multiple mattress options, explaining the differences in materials, support systems, firmness levels, and long-term durability in a way that was easy to understand. We learned so much that we honestly had no idea about before — from how different sleep positions affect mattress choice to why certain constructions provide better spinal alignment. Lisa never rushed us or pressured us. Instead, she listened carefully to what we were looking for and thoughtfully guided us toward options that fit our needs and budget. Her expertise gave us confidence in our decision, and we left feeling educated, empowered, and excited about our purchase. Exceptional customer service like this is rare. Lisa turned what could have been an overwhelming process into an enjoyable and informative experience. We’re so grateful for her help and highly recommend asking for her if you visit Ortho Mattresss
