Ortho Mattress

I bought a mattresses,box spring and rails and it haven't been 5 years and its time to put it on the curb i paid almost $1,000 for this garbage then they gave me 2 different colors and when i notice it and told customer service being its warranty on this garage she said i had to send a $60.00 ck for them to look at it and it would be up to them to exchange now why would i do that what if they decide its nothing wrong what a reap off. I will nvr buy anything from this rip off company again 👎. And i see so far 2 of their locations are temporary closed and i see why all of their locations need to be closed permanently!

High out recommend they have great prices for quality mattresses. Employees are kind, especially Marcus. They were very generous.

Sue-Z was amazing. She took her time to understand my concerns regarding my back and what mattress would be suitable for me. I was a bit overwhelmed since there was so many mattresses, but she narrowed down to what I needed. Let's say I walked out with a new mattress. Her customer service is great and has amazing energy. My mom was in town visiting, and so she came with me to pick out a new mattress. Mel was so knowledgeable and helpful in finding me a mattress and pillow I love for a great price that my mom ended up buying a new mattress and pillow for herself to be shipped to her home out of state. The whole experience was so easy and fun, and my new bed and pillow are the most comfortable things I've ever slept on. Thank you, Mel!

Sal immediately greeted my mom and I very warmly! Was totally relaxed and didn’t feel pressured to make a decision on a mattress. He took his time and kept my budget in mind.
