I made my list of Internet brand mattresses that I thought might work for me and then went to our sleep guide to actually feel them. The showroom was amazing with literally every mattress on my list. It makes such a difference feeling them in person I would have selected something completely different if I were sitting at home shopping. Niko was very helpful and not pushy - He answered all my questions and was always accessible but otherwise left me to work out my decision. I got a great deal and pais less than I expected from my list of Internet pricing. If I could have only taken off half a star I would have done that- well I did get an email that my mattress had shipped it didn't contain the tracking information so I had to log into my FedEx account manager to see when it might deliver and saw it had been attempted the day before but marked that I wasn't home. (I was but my condo gate is fussy so had I known, I'd have been keeping an eye out for the truck.) All in all I feel like I got a great deal on a great mattress and a foundation. They have it all and I would definitely return for any future needs! The plastic is only on it still while I'm washing the mattress protector exactly because my cat will sleep anywhere. But after just one hours it's already puffed up nicely.
