I just found this company today and all I can say is THANK YOU!! I purchased a Beautyrest Harmony Medium Pillowtop King Mattress sight unseen over the phone. I needed it today and I got it today at 7:12pm. The customer service, description of the mattress, and timeliness is EVERYTHING! I paid via cash, if you need to use a card you'll need to visit the store. We need more businesses like this!! I have yet to visit the store in person, but I will soon to see what other brands they have.

Great prices not too wide of a selection but they have all the basics

I'm thrilled I went to Mattress Outlet. I saw their ad on Facebook after searching online 13 hours find the perfect mattress to replace my Casper. I was resigned that I couldn't replace my bed at an affordable price and I would have to downgrade. I saw their ad and messaged them online -- and they responded under 10 minutes. I called a few days later for directions and they were super helpful on the phone. The same was true when I went there. They had the kind of mattress I wanted plus the box spring for hundreds less than my old bed!! Everything was nice and clean. Great prices, AND awesome service. Who could ask for more?!?! It's a little off the beaten path but well worth going. I'm thrilled!!
