Tim is one of the absolute best people to work with out there. I have ordered MLILY mattresses from him two times and they have been amazing (By far the best sleep I have ever had!). He guided me in the process flawlessly and could not have made the process any easier. The first time I worked with Tim, he was able to send the mattress out to New York City and the shipping process was very easy...he sent the mattress in a box and it was delivered to my apartment building no problem. The second time the mattress was delivered to my house in Denver...he shipped it there no problem and it arrived in just a few days, again in a box (tightly wrapped) so it was very easy to move to my bedroom. I will recommend working with Tim to all my friends and family. He is simply the best!

Tim truly cares about his clients and knows his products. He offers sound advice in helping clients determine which pillow or mattress best suits their needs. All the products I've purchased from Pacific Coast Sleep have been affordably priced and of good quality. And when I've needed a product quickly, Tim hears my concern and gets the product to me on time in a matter of days. As a property owner, who's income is dependent on a very competitive vacation rental market, finding the right mattress and pillows that meets the needs of a variety of persons can be challenging. Yet, I've had so much positive feedback that I feel confident in my choice. Lastly, I know at least one guest contacted Tim and ordered pillows.

So glad we stumbled upon this local shop, great customer service! We just moved to the area and needed a new bed. The shop is small but everything was good quality and we found a mattress we loved at a very reasonable price. Tim provided above and beyond customer service and was very knowledgeable about his products. He delivered the mattress in just 2 days and even sent a thoughtful follow-up message welcoming us to the neighborhood. The mattress is actually as comfortable as it felt when we tried it in store and we love it so far. 10/10 would recommend if you're in the market for a new mattress. Don't let the unassuming store front scare you away.
