Purple - The SoCo Collection

My experience at the Purple Mattress store in SoCo Costa Mesa was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of—but the real standout of our visit was Ed, our salesperson. Ed was truly exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products, patient with our many questions, and never once made us feel pressured. Instead, he guided us through each mattress option with genuine care, helping us understand the differences and find what would fit our needs best. His professionalism and friendly personality made the entire shopping experience enjoyable, stress-free, and even fun! Thanks to Ed, we left the store confident in our purchase and excited to finally have a mattress that supports the way we sleep. If you’re considering a Purple mattress, do yourself a favor and ask for Ed—you won’t regret it. Kudos also to Matt, who helped us out on a previous visit and helped keep out 3 kids occupied! Highly recommend this store and especially Ed for anyone looking for top-tier service and an amazing shopping experience!

Claire was amazing and extremely helpful with helping me pick out my future mattress. Super amazing and understanding even though I basically made a mess trying to find which pillow and mattress combo I thought was the best.

DO NOT buy a mattress from Purple. The mattress arrived today, but WITHOUT THE FOUNDATION. And the soonest they can possibly deliver it, is FOUR DAYS FROM NOW. So, I'll be sleeping on the floor for the better part of a week, due to this store screwing up. If you do not want to sleep on the floor, DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM HERE. EDIT: Yep, still sleeping on the floor, five days later.

My first interaction with this store wasnt so great. I gave them a second chance and Robert was fantastic. I called ahead to ensure they had the sheets I wanted. He was extremely personable. He took the time to explain a few things about my new bed even though I didn't actually purchase it from Purple. The sheets are fantastic, very comfy and a must if you have a bed by Purple.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the customer service I received from your employees Matt & Susana at The SoCo Collection Purple Mattress store on 6/11. My girlfriend and I had been mattress shopping for the past few weeks and were quite exhausted from the search. Upon entering the SoCo Collection store, it was a rejuvenating experience (no pun intended). Matt was extremely personable and pleasant to speak with and had so much patience explaining the different mattresses as we spent time trying them all out. We really enjoyed the feel of the Purple RejuvenatePremium mattress and learned that it would be around an 8 week lead time. This was a bit discouraging for us, but both Susana and Matt explaining the delivery process and the general experience they gave us at their store instilled confidence in us that we were making the right decision. I wanted to take the time to recognize these outstanding employees as we look forward to receiving our mattress and continuing our purple experience.
