Excellent choices of great furniture. I got my sectionals and dining table-chairs shipped to California. Yes, delays happened but the staff was in touch all the time. The owner Zack stays on top of everything. The delivery team set up the furniture nicely. I am positive that we will enjoy for years to come! Thank you, Paramus Furniture!

Highly recommend--great service from sales person to delivery team! We purchased bar stools for a kitchen island. Sales help was patient and helped us choose exactly what we needed. Took a little longer to arrive than the original estimate, but these are a long term purchase. The quality is excellent so the wait was worth it. Also, they gave us loaner chairs for the entire time--from time of purchase through delivery of ours.

I purchased leather sectional sofa Berlin from Zak’s store in Miami, with a delivery promise of 3 months. After numerous calls and visits to the store, I finally received the sectional after 6 months. Within just 3 weeks, it looked as though it had been used for 3 years. The owner repeatedly claimed that he had filed a claim with the manufacturer, but then closed the store and disappeared. I am currently in the process of suing him.

All our questions were answered professionally and they showed us all the features of the sofa we liked. We even had a large selection of fabrics to choose from. We had a few special requests and the team happily accommodated. The delivery was on time as promised and the two delivery guys were professional and charming. We got a great deal on this sofa (and accessories) and we wholeheartedly recommend this store!!
