Had a great experience at the store thanks to Marcello. He was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, taking the time to guide us and provide helpful information without any pressure. Although one of the rug sizes we were looking for wasn’t available, he quickly offered convenient alternatives, including delivery or in store pickup, which made the entire process seamless and stress free. Truly excellent customer service, great variety & quality! Would definitely recommend!

Had an outstanding experience at the Paramus store. I had many questions and was buying for multiple rooms and Marcello my sales representative could not have been more accommodating and helpful. He reviewed all my options and helped me with proper design selections. I was impressed by the entire process and highly recommend this location for your future furniture needs. Even the manager who approved the final transaction was highly professional and very warm & friendly! Great customer service here! Would definitely recommend them.

I am a level 9 local guide on Google. It took me 6 years to get this status and one person 500,000 has achieved it. So- this means I HAVE TO BE dead accurate and honest with my reviews. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM BOB’s. You cannot believe how cheap and terrible it is. I placed an order a couple of years ago for at least 10 pieces and every single piece was 1) not covered under the goof proof warranty (they ALWAYS have a loophole why your particular problem is not covered) 2) had had issues that required me to sit for hours and fix it. I cannot tell you more vehemently - do not buy anything from them. They don’t stand by it and it is ALL crap. You have been warned.

I loved Marcello! He was a wonderful sales person. I did not feel “followed” yet he did help me to find the living room furniture we were looking for. I came back 2 days later with my husband and of course asked for Marcello again. We purchased a reclining sofa and love seat with his help. When I decide to buy again I am definitely coming back to see Marcello. Also shout out to the manager who was equally kind. Thank you Bob’s for a great experience.

My salesman, Gregg, was extremely patient with me and helped me make smart decisions as I was choosing chairs, beds and mattresses. He explained everything about the protection plans clearly and called for help appropriately. His goal was making sure I was happy with my purchases and I know I will be - delivery is next Wednesday :) If you need anything from Bob’s in Paramus, ask for Gregg.
