Absolutely love my new dining room set!! It is very sturdy and the option to extend the leaves on both sides makes it perfectly versatile. My sales associate Leonard in the Paramus store was wonderful!! He was exceptionally sweet and knowledgeable. He also helped me to get an additional discount after when the sales promotion came out a few days post purchase. Delivery guys were really nice and polite and put everything together quickly and efficiently.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. The video shows the loveseat right after we purchased it, and the photo is from when we brought it home. I’m confident the damage did not happen during transport because the loveseat was fully wrapped, and we even added extra protection around it to be cautious. As soon as I unwrapped it at home, I noticed black spots on the fabric. I tried gently cleaning them with a damp cloth, thinking it might just be dust, but the fabric actually started coming off while I was wiping it. I ended up leaving with a “new” sofa that certainly does not look new. On top of that, the buying experience itself was unpleasant. Once the salesman realized I was interested in the floor sample, he kept pushing me to buy other items instead. He also followed us around the entire time without giving us any space, even after I politely asked several times. Customers should be allowed some room to browse comfortably. The 3 first pictures are taken in the store (I also have the video showing it had no problems) and the last 2 are when I unwrapped it.

Me and my wife originally went in looking to have a service ticket created for a mattress we had previously purchased a few years ago they we are having an issue with sagging in the middle but after walking around for a while ,not only were we able to set up a ticket for a service visit but we ended up purchasing another mattress for our 2nd bedroom becuase they were having an amazing sale! The service was great and George was awesome. Not pushy, always available to answer questions and made us feel comfortable. We have purchased furniture from this store before when we 1 st bought our house and we are going to be needing some more very soon. The Paramus R&F has always been a great comfortable place to shop for us and we will be back very soon to fill another room with their amazing quality furniture ! And just FYI … we purchased the mattress this afternoon and George was able to get us a delivery next day! Thanks R&F .

She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me anything. She helped me put together a bedroom set that matched my style and budget, and gave really helpful suggestions without being pushy. She explained everything and made it easy to find something comfortable. The whole process felt easy and stress-free. I left feeling confident in my choices and really happy with what I picked out. I’d definitely recommend working with her or one of their consultants if you want a smooth, no-pressure experience.
