Park Home

Everything about my experience at Park Home was fantastic! From picking out the furniture to the delivery process, everyone was so kind and courteous! Thank you so much, we love our new furniture! We will definitely buy from Park Home again in the future!

From start to finish, Park home staff were helpful, efficient and very responsive through the whole process. We worked with Scott in the Altoona office and he helped us get exactly what we were looking for! His knowledge of the products, timeframe, and his personality made finding our dream sectional a reality. The delivery of our new furniture was seamless! The two drivers were awesome and super nice even with my two kids running around everywhere. The process was quick and our sectional is set up exactly how we want it! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend anyone looking for any type of furniture try Park Home! Their products speak for themselves but the entire staff from sales to delivery is what makes the process even better!

The team was very courteous & understanding kid chaos, offering chuckles along the service. Service was completed & in perfect condition! Can’t even tell the dog chewed the arm now!

My sales associate, Michael was awesome. very kind, no pushy and encouraging. The delivery men where extremely punctual, kind and did a great job delivering my furniture. I had purchased 4 pieces total and they worked very hard getting them in and set up. It was greatly appreciated and would highly recommend. I over all had an excellent experience with Park Furniture as a whole and will continue to recommend them.

Our experience at Park Home was very pleasant. The sales people were helpful and available for questions while not hovering. We found several acceptable choices for easy chairs and purchased one. It was especially good to hear that if we purchased the additional warranty but didn't use it, the purchase price of the warranty reverted to a store credit. The scheduling of and the actual delivery went smoothly, delivery people were timely, we were kept informed of the schedule and they were friendly, on time, and competent.
