Return customer value quality knowledgeable friendly simple and easy transaction. Looking for a twin mattress and box spring for an antique bed frame for a spare room. May never get used but I wanted to set up the bed instead of keeping it in storage Didn’t want to spend a lot but wanted a firm mattress because we have a toddler grandchild and we use this room as his toy room as well. In stock we took it home same day. Solid mattress. I wouldn’t hesitate having an adult sleep on it We have purchased queen size before and it’s been great as well. And I did price compare and price and quality could not be matched.

Evan who was filling in at the Altoona store from the Johnstown store was absolutely stellar to me and he truly is the best mattress salesperson I have ever had the good grace to speak with. Evan really knows the products - mattresses and adjustable bed frames so he is can teach the customer about the products. I had a lot of questions and those answers helped me to make my decisions. Evan was positively thoughtful and kind in every possible way. Evan possesses a true sense of the human spirit and by far needs to be recognized, acknowledged, and appreciated. I truly think that I made the right choice of a mattress because Evan showed me everything. I was excited to have my new adjustable frame and mattress delivered. Thank you, Evan! Updated review one week later: In an age where it increasingly feels like real customer service is dead, I was absolutely floored by the service I received from Mattress Firm after they saw my poor review on the used mattress I purchased. They reached out to me directly within days to apologize, and then immediately sent me a brand new replacement mattress to exchange for the poor condition used mattress, installed it, and removed the used mattress. All free of charge. The woman I dealt with on the phone was awesome, and the delivery team couldn't have been nicer. We truly appreciate how this was handled and will gladly recommend them for their outstanding customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters, and they truly did right by us. *Original Review* Sold us a used mattress that allegedly met their return standards, that had been "cleaned and sanitized", but when we got home and took the sealed plastic bag off discovered that the mattress stinks of cigarettes. Imagine allowing people to return a stinking cigarette mattress and also turning around and reselling that mattress to someone else. Shopping here is a mistake I won't make twice.

Craig was excellent salesman, I was in and out in user 30 minutes after explaining my needs. He showed me multiple mattresses and got me the one I wanted in my price range. Very easy interaction would recommend

Kylie was amazing. This was our 3rd mattress store. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and I wake up sore almost every morning. I had looked at a tempurapedic mattress at another store and when I didn't like the price that salesperson just said ok and showed me something else. When I shared my concerns about the price of the tempurapedic mattress at your store Kylie told me how the mattress would benefit me personally. She was so great! She gave me multiple options for paying for the mattress and gave me time to really think about it. I was very impressed by her knowledge and how much she cared about me getting the right mattress to help me. This young lady is a rare gem and yall are super lucky to have her and I'm very thankful I came to mattress firm.
