Levin Furniture is a top notch place to purchase your home goods. The salesperson that I had was very knowledgeable with everything I looked at. They have a great selection too! Once you purchase the item, then they tell you the day and can get it down to a 3 hr windows for your delivery day. I received many emails keeping me in the loop what was going on with my purchase. The day of delivery you receive a link on your phone that you can watch where the delivery truck is, it tells you where you are in line of delivery (example: you are number 3 in the queue) also the approximate time they will come.Now Here comes the however, I couldn't believe that they charge $300.to delivery. We were going to just pick our chair up from store and was told that the delivery guys will have to assemble and it will come in a box. Well, they delivered the items and they just carried our items in. No assembly to it. We live about 10 to 12 .miles from the store. Anyway.. The whole experience was wonderful but price to deliver is outrageous!!

Rico was phenomenal! We had such a wonderful shopping experience yesterday! he is so personable and funny and is so knowledgeable of every piece of furniture that he showed us. He even made suggestions for us for future purchases because I told him we will be needing furniture in the future. He was able to tell us the difference between the different Furniture lines. He definitely knows his stuff! I highly recommend going to live in Furniture and requesting Rico for an excellent shopping experience! What a wonderful person!

Wendy was amazing at helping me purchase a new chair for our outside porch! She was very personable and throughly walked through the steps of everything I needed to do! She did not push anything and was super happy to answer any questions I had and super flexible with times and days where she could help me!
