I bought a sectional couch from Parma Furniture this week. I have not had that quality of customer service in a while! I was thoroughly impressed with their selection, the quality of furniture and the prices. You will not be disappointed! I will be buying more furniture from them again! It's worth the drive. They also have that small town feel. Like Cheers, they make you feel like everyone knows your name. They are down to earth kind of people.

The amount of miscommunication, if any communication, coming out of this store has been a nightmare. We bought couches in 2022, nice expensive couches that took 6 months to get to us because of the pandemic and being left in the dark the whole time on where we were at in the process. We bought them because we were under the impression they had a lifetime warranty except for normal wear and tear and stains. Turns out it only covers the frame. Well the frame is broke and we did our part to let Parma Furniture know so they could send someone out to fix it and we’ve been told they want to charge us $600 to fix something under warranty. When I brought this up to their salesman Nick, he told me he would chat with the representative of the couch manufacturer to see what we could do. It’s now been another 3 months since I’ve heard anything at all. I really do my best to shop local which I why I drove an hour away from the big box stores to do business but after my experience here I don’t know if I’ll have much of a choice. Do better.

I am writing this for my elderly mother in-law…. She stated that Milly was amazing and the carpet installers did a great job. She is hard to please so this is saying a lot!

Would not have them do your capet! Paid several thousand to have all the bedrooms done. A couple of years later wrinkles! Terrible wrinkles. They came back once and re stretched the master bedroom and closet, but now every room has large wrinkles. Ive never had carpet do this in any house ive owned so it must be an installation issue. It looks terrible.

Sales lady Milly lied to us saying that we could get a couch and loveseat in a power option and then delivered a non powered option. When called and said we got the wrong set we were told they don't come in that option. Tried to work something and then when confronted about it Milly said that she never told us it was powered and it only came in a manual set up. She also said she has sold that set for a few years and knew it didn't have a power option but if we were told it was a manual option only we never would have purchased the set as that is one of the "luxury" things in a new set we were set on getting. Tried to shop at a small store and all I got was being lied to and poor customer service. Very dishonest, poor customer service and will never recommend Parma Furiture to anyone.
