Payless Furniture Source

Please do not buy furniture here. We bought a bedroom suit not even 2 full months ago and the bed frame broke. Mind you my wife and I aren’t even 300 lbs combined and it broke because it was stapled together. They refuse to replace it or refund me. And the installation they speak so highly of sucks, they scratched and chipped the wood on the bed moving it and as a result my wife cut her ankle open on it just getting out of bed. I threatened them with court and they tried to laugh it off. Also the legs weren’t even secured all the way so they’re folding up under the bed. It is extremely unsafe. Besides how bad the pricing is, it is truly just not safe to buy furniture here.

Bought a bed from Payless Furniture, great quality. Great customer service, and delivered promptly at promised time. I would not hesitate to recommend this retail location.

I've bought several furniture items from this store,the staff are wonderful people and the items that I have bought also last quite awhile. I want to say 🙏 thanks alot. I just bought a recliner from Payless and as usual it is what I want. As usual I bring other people with me. (Smile). Your store is great.

My parents and I went to this place and at first sight we could tell we were going to receive great service. Maricela was very kinda and she helped us out in no time she is one of those people that you want to be received by when looking at buying anything ! I would definitely recommend this place and would give it 6 stars if i could :)
