It was time to replace my mattress and luckily Mattress Firm is across the street from me. Herman was there to provide me with great service and help me choose the right Mattress. After the first night sleeping on the mattress, I decided it was too soft and went back to the store to change it. This time Tony was there to help me pick out a more firm mattress and it was delivered to me the next day with no hassle. I would definitely recommend buying a mattress from Mattress Firm. Great service and good pricing.
View on GoogleHad a great experience working with Jalon. He helped me pick out a new king bed and when my bedframe had a defect from the factory they helped me replace it the very next day. Excellent service and hospitality. Would highly recommend the Hillcrest and Point Lomas stores too.
View on GoogleMike Emery helped us purchase a mattress and frame on Sunday before Memorial day. The transaction couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. We greatly appreciate Mike's help and the ease of the store in general. We were quickly shown as many options as we wanted, given the price we could live with 😆 and in and out in minutes. Thanks again to Mike and Matress Firm for making this better and easier than im used to!
View on GoogleThough this review is delayed (purchased Sept 2024), Matress Firm was awesome!! I believe one of the main guys who has helped his name was Tony. I will verify an update the post. They made it a great experience as I was helping my mother shop for a new mattress. Thanks so much!!
View on GoogleJanet went above and beyond to research my previous purchase, identify the closest match and coordinating next day delivery to the other end of my “super commute” 500 miles away! She even helped me to save money on the mattress that was the best fit for my needs! I appreciate the exceptional customer service and I am looking forward to a better night sleep!
