Mattress Firm Hillcrest

Mike was phenomenal in helping us decide on a mattress. Both my wife and I are very particular when making purchases (we’re both accountants so we like to get quality items at fair prices). Mike was super knowledgeable about all the different options and gently guided us to the choice that made the most sense for our situation. I truly felt like he had our best interest in mind. Highly recommend him and the store.

Janet was amazing i love her. she was so so helpful and made me feel secure and comfortable trying out all the beds to make sure i made the right decision, i didn’t feel rushed or anything by her at all and she was so kind and fun to talk to. she made sure i laid on each bed for a decent amount of time instead of rushing through it. thanks so much janet, can’t wait for my new bed to show up at my house !!!

I walked into the Hillcrest location expecting to spend 15 to 20 minutes. I ended up spending close to two hours having some of the best service ever. Janet was very knowledgeable and an absolute delight to work with. I returned two days later to complete my purchase, and two days after that, it was delivered to my house. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Mattress Firm.

My husband and I were shopping for the mattress. Janet was helping us, and I want to say she is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, patient and with exceptional customer service skills! We ended up buying the mattress with her the same day. If I can I'll give her 10/5.
