We had a great experience with Javier from Pilgrim Furniture! He put our table together perfectly and did an amazing job. He was professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. The Technician was very nice & respectful. He talked me through and showed me everything he did to fix the broken frame of the recliner so that it’s no longer leaning to one side. We also discussed next steps on the “off-chance” that another issue arises with the recliner at any point in the future and answered all my questions during the time he was here. I will follow up with Pilgrim accordingly about an extended warranty option and monitor the fixed recliner to make sure no further frame issues occur in the meantime. Thank you!

We had a full bedroom set delivered by Enrique and Julio!! The set looks amazing and Enrique and Julio made it happen seamlessly. They were professional, quick and made it happen all under a tight squeeze up our stairs. Could not be more grateful!

This wasn’t my first purchase from Pilgrim Furniture. I was looking to replace my sofa and loveseat that I originally purchased from pilgrim 10 years ago. Matt was our salesman and had looked up what I had and was able to match me exactly to what I was looking for. Was not pushy at all. Highly recommend Matt. So happy with the service and the fact I wasn’t in there for 3 hours trying to figure out what we wanted. Thanks Matt!!!! Couldn’t ask for better delivery drivers! Enrique and his partner were awesome. They couldn’t get the truck up our hill after the major snowstorm but they took out the dolly and got both pieces in the house and set up in record time. I’m so happy with our purchase.
