Carol was absolutely wonderful to work with. She walked us through several different mattresses with patience and clarity, explaining the features and answering every question we had. After spending plenty of time helping us try out different options, she gave us space to talk and decide without any pressure. She was respectful of our price range and very supportive. I am extremely indecisive and thought choosing a mattress would be stressful, but Carol’s calm and friendly approach made the process easy and stress-free!

Jocelyn was amazingly helpful and very informative about my recent purchase. I went to the New Britain and Southington locations and she was very kind and patient with me as I didn’t even know what kind of a bed I needed, I just asked her to show me good quality mattress with good prices and she did it, she asked me all the important questions to find me a perfect mattress that would work for me the best, and she went above and beyond for me. Our old mattress lasted only 4 yrs and it was mid priced at around $1300. So I did some research and learned that mattresses that last longer are those that use premium foams and thus more expensive. But I was still skeptical, so going into the store I was planning to buy on sale and spend around 1k, because why spend more if it won't last more than 5yrs. However Carol and Kurt surprised us! After knowing our preferences and after I told them my thoughts on price and mattress durability they managed to match us to a high-end mattress on clearance, because it was returned (for being too firm for the original buyer's liking), but still pretty much brand new. And they had that same mattress model on display, so we got to try it and it was right for us. Great thing was a $3K high-end mattress we got it for just $1.1k. And when we received delivery it did look and feel brand new. And after a few nights of sleep, we were happy to get a great mattress! So not only did they matched us to a mattress that meet our preferences and price point, but also one with premium materials that can potentially last longer. Overall an awesome deal and an awesome experience shopping, thanks to Carol and Kurt!
