Extremely poor quality. Completely disappointed with this mattress.
I purchased this mattress at Mr. Darci Amarante’s store in Fort Lauderdale, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. After a very short period of use, the mattress developed deep internal sinking, as if the material inside were weak and cheaply made. The current condition is unacceptable, looking worn out even though it is supposed to be new.
The mattress is uneven, sagging, and offers no proper support, causing discomfort and back pain. It’s unbelievable that a product meant to provide rest and comfort comes with such poor construction.
I feel misled by the way the product was presented and extremely disappointed with the quality delivered. I sincerely hope both the manufacturer and the seller take responsibility and offer a proper solution for this issue.
I do not recommend this mattress, and I will not purchase from this store again.

It took me a long time to make the decision and get to the ideal place, since buying a mattress is not something that can be decided overnight, however, I fell and found this excellent team at Pleasure Rest, who absolutely all the people in charge of serving me, going from the sales manager, the owner of the company himself and of course the people who work and make the mattress attended to me and gave me the best recommendations, my wife is pregnant and needed a private mattress. Yesterday they called me to pick up the mattress where they also sold me some incredibly good pillows, I recommend them 100% people, it is a multi-family company 100% recommended, they make them themselves and give an excellent guarantee, I would not hesitate to buy any mattress I need there again, starting yesterday our nights are for resting peacefully on those excellent mattresses, congratulations to the team, you make the difference!!! Bravo

Shopping for a mattress can be a stressful and overwhelming experience. Stephanie at Pleasure Rest Mattress made it a pleasant and relaxed experience! I tracked down this company after sleeping on one of their mattresses at a hotel during a wedding. I woke up confused both nights so it was a great sign. I bought a house and had my wife order the mattresses which they were able to get delivered on a Saturday for us. They offered same day delivery which was awesome! Great customer service, Stephanie walked us through the process, Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!
