Mattress Firm Tarpon Springs

I stopped in yesterday looking for a full-size mattress for my son and had such a great experience. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and honest. I told him exactly what I needed and my budget, and he immediately pointed me to the perfect mattress without trying to upsell me. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free, and I left feeling really good about my purchase. Highly recommend!

We recently bought a mattress at Matress Firm. We worked with Mike and he was absolutely fabulous..don't think we would of bought without his help. He went out of his way to make sure everything worked out even when we had as issue with the delivery team. Mike is the very best!

I was mistreated at your Tarpon Springs store today. The salesman man was helping me select a new mattress that I intended to buy today and another couple walked in who he greeted and totally disregarded me. I waited over half an hour. I was very patient but he was very unprofessional. I don't recommend this business.

Called on mattress and base on Monday. TT M. Purchased on Wednesday with J. We were told they had free delivery and setup. Thursday, I received a text about “contactless delivery”. I immediately called and finally got hold of B. He told me the order was not written up or paid for free Delivery and setup. I said I would return everything and was told by B that I was threatening him. I was not and told him so. He told me he would call the warehouse and see if they would bring the items inside, but he also said my Chances were at a no. He called me back and said they may have placed a skip delivery on our order. He,B, also said it was illegal for them to bring it inside because it wasn’t written on the paperwork. Re-delivery would have to be sometime Saturday. I have company arriving tonight and no bed to put them in. I finally told B that I would catch the truck and ask the driver to put it in the house. We would set it up. I was basically told good luck. When the truck arrived, I simply asked and the two guys said yes. They took it inside and to the bedroom. Very kindly and nice. B , trying to appease me finally said they have special accommodations for things like this and he could have arranged a special delivery and setup on Friday. I will be very hard pressed to ever step foot in this store again. One salesman wrote instructions incorrectly and the other was just plain rude and very negative. Both my husband and I are in our 70’s, both handicapped. We don’t need people like these in our life.
