Price Busters Discount Furniture

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had with Price Busters. I was sold a mattress that was not actually available in inventory. After arranging and paying for a third party to pick up the item from the warehouse, I was informed at the time of pickup that the mattress had not been in stock for some time. When I contacted the store to address this issue, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive communication. Rather than offering a resolution, I was advised to simply come in and purchase a different mattress. When I inquired about a comparable 16-inch mattress, I was informed that such items are no longer carried and was instead encouraged to purchase a 12-inch mattress, without consideration for my specific needs or circumstances. As a customer living with Polymyositis, my mattress height is not a preference but a medical necessity. This condition significantly impacts my ability to rise from a seated or lying position, and a higher mattress is essential for my mobility and safety. This was not acknowledged or handled with appropriate sensitivity or professionalism. When I followed up to request cancellation of my order, I again encountered rude and unhelpful communication, and I was told that the store was no longer responsible for the transaction. Upon contacting Kafene, I was informed that the cancellation must be initiated by the retailer. I would like to note that Kafene handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating the level of customer service that should be standard. This experience reflects a concerning lack of accountability, communication, and respect for customers. I strongly encourage this business to reevaluate its customer service practices, inventory management processes, and overall approach to consumer care. As consumers, we rely on businesses to operate with integrity and professionalism. Experiences like this undermine trust and highlight the importance of making informed choices about where we spend our money.

I visited the store just to compare prices but ended up buying a full living room setup because the designs felt more modern than other places nearby. The salesperson helped mix and match sofa, center table, and shelves so everything looked coordinated. Payment and billing were smooth. Delivery came one day later than promised due to transport delay, but they informed me beforehand. Assembly was quick and neat. One minor issue was a slightly uneven table leg, which they fixed the same day after I called.

Came back to give a better review my issue was resolved even though it took time I appreciate it getting handled. I’m in love with this set that I got much better. Thanks Jason for your help
