Price Busters Discount Furniture

The wife and I bought a love seat that has recliners on both ends . We also bought a coffee table with 2 end tables. Pricing was very reasonable. They're willing to negotiate prices to make a sale.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a sectional couch for $1,300, and less than a week later it went on sale for $998. When I contacted the store about a price adjustment or store credit, they refused despite the timing. I also purchased a dresser, and the delivery was handled by someone referred to me by an employee named Lakisha During delivery, the person damaged my wall and the dresser — and the delivery was never completed. I never even received the dresser. I reached out to the store multiple times to resolve the issue, and they refused to take responsibility or help me. This has been a frustrating and costly experience. Poor customer service, no accountability, and now I’m left with property damage and no dresser. I would not recommend doing business with Price Busters.

The inventory was amazing and reasonable with a ton of different styles and brand names. The staff was above average and not following you around to get the sale. They just greet you and let you know if you need to call for them, feel free to do so. I asked if they worked on commission, he said no. I was willing to come back when I'm ready to buy and ask for him. When I had questions I went to him and he was more than helpful. The have a website as well, with so many different stylish sets or pieces to order. I walked past this this place for years and never went into the store because I didn't need furniture. I'm am planning to move here in my future so I decided to go into the store today. I seen things I loved within the first five feet. I get paid for designing homes, decorating, and organizing for a living. I could make someone's home magazine ready form this store! I also misplaced my coach wallet and the guy really helped me look for it with no questions asked. Thank you guys it was a pleasant experience today around 3ish p.m. I will definitely be back to purchase from that location only because of kind the experience was.

Staff at the Edgewood store was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

Price Buster says they don’t do trash. You pay for the assembly and they leave these huge boxes in your apt. That is their policy. How ridiculous is that. I was not even asking them to take it just put it in my dumpster! Poor service. Getting rid of what you had holding your fulurmiture should not have been left out. Price Buster poor customer service. Very poor. G.W
