⚠️ WARNING – Extremely dishonest management. PLEASE READ. We purchased a sectional from this location with the clear understanding (and repeated confirmation) from an employee named Christina that it included a cleaning/warranty plan. I was very clear that this coverage was important because we have a toddler and a newborn on the way. We were told multiple times that the furniture was covered. When I later called to use the cleaning coverage, management told me no warranty was ever added to our purchase. When I explained that Christina sold us the sectional and explicitly included the cleaning plan, I was brushed off and told “she doesn’t work here anymore.” Management was dismissive, unhelpful, and acted completely clueless. This feels misleading at best — and dishonest at worst. If you buy from this location, DO NOT leave the store without written proof that your warranty/cleaning plan is on your receipt. Learn from our mistake.

Kelly walked me through the whole process and prepared me for the delivery process ordered on Wednesday got furniture on Saturday. She got manager assistance to make sure everything was done correctly. Best location no hassle no haggle no complaints from us.

You have to email someone at a Gmail account, so it's impossible to get a response while the delivery folks are waiting to figure out what's going on. We're still trying to get this mess resolved. Buy your furniture anywhere else.
View on GoogleCHECK PRICES ONLINE BEFORE PURCHASING IN STORE. The store does not handle any refund issues or complaints. Poor communication with customer service being as though you’re only provided with an email, no live agents. Delivery fee is high doesn’t matter if you’re 10 mins away it’s still $100. Delivery men also wanted to charge an additional $30 to put the legs on the sectional, I declined.
