We purchased a whole house water conditioning system (softener and purification/filter) from Steve and are very pleased six months later. Steve's customer service is terrific, in fact I called to ask about salt when we were running low and he very kindly purchased six bags on our behalf (enough for a long time), carried them down to the basement location, filled the softener unit and checked things out for us making sure we were satisfied with how our system was performing. That saved us quite a bit of time and effort, and we appreciate Steve’s excellent service!

We purchased a water conditioning system from Steve and Raven and we are very happy with it. There is a clear difference in the test strips, before and after going through the cycle- showing all the junk this system keeps away from our bodies. Steve even took the time to come over to our house 1.5 years after purchase to show me a few things and answer a couple questions I had. We really appreciated that. Thanks guys

I bought a house in WV beginning of this year, noticed the water was very calcified and hard compared to what I am used to. Raven came to our door and offered to do a consult for water purification/filters for our home. Her and her husband were very easy to work with, very polite people, respectful of our home. Also pretty reasonable pricing for what you get, the filters last for ages with little maintenance. We've had both the purifier and a salt water softener for about 6 months now and there is a world of difference. My hair and skin is softer, no more calcium particles in every drop of water and it tastes better too. I'm a real customer and would highly recommend if you are looking for these services, you go with them.

This was a great company to work with. Absolutely love my clean water. We have bought some of their other products like the Hyla vacuum and the knives are super sharp. I would recommend anything they have.

SCAMMERS! LIARS! DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICE! STEVE WILL LIE AND TELL YOU THAT YOUR SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK, JUST AS HE LIED TO MY HUSBAND AND I JUST THIS PAST THURSDAY, NOT KNOWING I RESEARCH EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE I DO BUSINESS WITH. THE VERY SAME DAY I CALLED CULLIGAN WATER COMPANY AND WAS INFORMED THAT A BAG OF SALT NEEDED TO BE IN THE TANK FOR THE SYSTEM TO OPERATE AND THAT ANY PROFESSIONAL WOULD KNOW THAT. WE ADDED A BAG OF SALT AND THE SYSTEM STARTED WORKING PERFECTLY. TODAY THE WATER WAS TESTED AND EVERYTHING IS FINE. WHEN STEVE CAME BY HE SAID THE SYSTEM WAS TOTALLY DEAD, THE WATER TESTED POSTIVE FOR BROMINE AND THAT WE SHOULD PURCHASE HIS SYSTEM FOR $4995 WITH A $1295 DISCOUNT AND WANTED US TO MAKE THE DECISION RIGHT THEN WITH A $216 DOWN PAYMENT. WHEN WE SAID WE WANTED TO TALK ABOUT IT, UNLIKE MOST BUSINESSMEN WHO WILL WAIT FOR YOU TO CALL THEM HE WENT RIGHT DOWNSTAIRS STILL ON MY PROPERTY EXPECTING FOR US TO MAKE AN IMPULSE DECISION RIGHT THEN. I understand everyone has to make a living but make it an honest living. I hope this post help anyone and everyone else to make an informed decision rather than impulse decisions. I am happy that I was able to see through the sales pitch and didn't loose all of that money unnecessarily.
