Purple - Outlet Shoppes At Atlanta

We had a positive experience buying our purple mattress! My son and daughter in law kept telling me how much they loved theirs. We visited this location while on a visit and the mattress shipped right to our home in North Carolina. Caitlin was friendly and efficient! I highly recommend the store and the mattress!

I went into the store at Ridgewalk in need of a gift for my husband's birthday. Tiffany was a great help in choosing the right pillow for him. It's a great product. In just the last couple of days, his neck has shown improvement in discomfort & stiffness. I didn't purchase my last mattress from here but certainly will in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience at the Purple Mattress outlet store in Woodstock, Georgia. We have purchased our mattresses in person and then at a later date for our second home by phone and email and the entire process was easy and enjoyable both times thanks to Rebecca. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and helped us find the perfect mattresses, pillows and bases without any pressure at all. Since bringing them home, our sleep and our daughter’s sleep has improved so much. We’re all sleeping better, and my husband’s back pain is completely gone, which has been life-changing for us. The mattresses are EXTREMELY comfortable and supportive. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and would absolutely recommend Purple — and especially Rebecca — to anyone looking for a new mattress or pillow! One last thing, the prices at this outlet are fabulous! We have saved SO much money by buying from the outlet verses an actual store. So if you’re looking for an amazing mattress or pillow or both, this is definitely the place to shop!

About a year ago, my wife and I visited the Purple Outlet at the Shoppes at Atlanta and spent nearly an hour talking with Rebecca. Although the timing wasn’t right for us to purchase then, she made a lasting impression. Rebecca took the time to educate us—not just about Purple, but about mattresses in general—explaining what truly sets Purple apart. We left feeling informed, not pressured. Over the past year, I continued researching mattresses, paying particular attention to Purple. When we were finally ready to buy this past weekend, we drove three hours specifically to return to Rebecca’s store. That alone says a lot about the experience we had the first time. Rebecca once again guided us through the options and helped us confidently narrow our choice to the RejuvenatePlus® Mattress. The entire process—from learning to purchasing—was professional, comfortable, and enjoyable. We’re very excited for our mattress to arrive and are looking forward to many nights of better sleep.

Visited here on our daughter birthday weekend on sunday 1/26/24 to shop a bit and noticed outlet had a Purple store. I had to go in there to try out the mattresses as I've heard so many commercials and wanted to see for myself. We walked in into a lavender oasis. I felt relaxed and lifted after testing the second mattress. I must say I was amazed at the quality and comfort of mattresses and pillows. Ms. Shelley was excellent at explaining everything and making sure we knew all that we need to know about all products and making suggestions. We also test out the massagers and they was amazing also. On my visit it was 3 adults and 4 kids. Well 2 adults and 4 kids initially and I texted my husband to tell him "we have got to get one!" and his response was "ugh, let me see" and finished shopping and joined us. The kids all thought the mattress were wonderful as well. We ended our visit and purchased harmony pillows. We was warned by Ms. Shelley that the pillows were the gateway to the mattress. I was notified by my husband on yesterday that he had contacted Ms. Shelley and purchased the purple restore hybrid Mattress. I would say that if you're on the fence about purchasing and are able to visit this location- do it and check out the staff there they will get you set! Excellent customer service and experience.
