We bought our mattress from here 2 years ago. I was skeptical at first but decided to check them out because of such good reviews. Honestly we walked into the store and almost left. After going to big box stores this one felt so basic and not frilly at all. That ended up being a good thing. The sales lady explained why their mattresses were so great in a none pushy way. I ended up appreciating the simplicity of options and the ability to customize. 2 years later and the mattress still feels brand new. Best mattress I’ve ever had.

I recently purchased a box spring from The Original Mattress Factory for my grandson’s new “big boy bed,” and everything went perfectly! From my initial phone call to delivery, the entire process was smooth and professional. Donald and Leon delivered today and did an excellent job — they were on time, careful, and very courteous. I truly appreciate the great service and look forward to doing business with The Original Mattress Factory again in the future!

First time at Original Mattress Factory and it couldn't have gone better. A terrific in-store experience in the Woodstock store, and then a great experience with the delivery guys. Not to mention a wonderful mattress! Thanks so much for a better sleep and such an easy buying experience.

5 star- Highly Recommend- Excellent Customer Service! I am a retired RN with a bad back so I’ve slept on every type of orthopedic mattress made. Recently, I hurt my back once again with my right foot going numb due to a herniated lumbar disc on the MRI. Decided to try sleeping on an Orthopedic Ultra-Firm Original Mattress Factory- King mattress set. Wow-within 4 weeks, my back realigned without any further pain/numbness-no surgery needed! We just ordered another OMF orthopedic ultra-firm mattress & boxspring set for my Queen bed! Highly recommend this Excellent Company!😊
