This used to be a good place with good prices. The merchandise was priced appropriately for a second hand/gently used/returned items. The staff was helpful and competent, if not a little over zealous. It was enough to make me suffer through the HORRIBLE christian music they play.(regardless of your religion, christian music is the worst) Now shopping here isn't so great. I'm not sure who is in charge of pricing, but they need to take a step down from that high horse and come back down to earth. Prices are higher in general and maybe you could cry "inflation" and get away with it. But some items have their original big box store tags and the serv store thinks it's okay to charge MORE than the retail price?! I honestly don't know what to think about that, it's ridiculous. They've also added a section for more high end clothes and are trying to charge more, which is fine in theory. But these are last years trends, no one is going to pay a premium for them. They must've also lowered the pay for employees, because it's only teenagers working now. If you have a question about something, don't bother because they won't know. All of that being said, it's not worth suffering through the bad music anymore. It's a real shame because this used to be one of my top thrift spots. RIP SERV

The staff is super courteous and friendly. If you need help inside the store they are all over it but they allow you to shop at your own pace with no pressure. I bought a lot on a sale trip and they even helped me out to my car. The prices vary but if you know how and when to shop, you get a lot of great deals.

Awesome store for a great cause. If you are interested in a certain item they are happy to check inventory before you make the drive. Update 5/2024: They no longer have a general thrift store. Mattress sets only

Wish i could give no stars. 2/3 baby things I bought don’t work. Was assured they did & were tested before selling. The receipt says no refunds or returns so…won’t shop here again unless a refund is available since they’re selling broken things with no option to refund if defective. Pretty disappointed as I was excited to find a good deal on things for my baby.

We check in with them every 2 weeks for new items. Very friendly & polite Christian workers. Amazing missionary work. Disabled accessible, small wheelchair. Aisles are a little close. Great items!
