I had an incredible shopping experience with Carolina. She was very knowledgable, understood my needs and priorities, answered all my questions, provided personal insight (being genuine and not pushy at all), and guided me through different options the store has available- including those I hadn’t considered prior! I believe she provided me w a great deal and overall great value on a leather sectional sleeper couch for my family. If you see Carolina, expect a friendly and authentically supportive shopping experience at this store.

Auvi was very helpful and and knowledgeable. He sold me what I wanted. The delivery date was fast and the quality of the sofa is great.

As we were finishing the sale, he chose to assist another customer instead of completing our interaction first. I waited for quite a while for him to return with the item I needed, and eventually I had to go to customer service to have him paged. When he came back, he apologized and explained that a pregnant woman had asked for help and he “didn’t want to be rude.” While I understand wanting to assist others, I felt it was disrespectful to leave me waiting in the middle of completing my purchase—especially while I was there with my three children. He could have simply told the other customer that he would assist her as soon as he finished with his current customer. The situation felt unprofessional and left me disappointed with the overall experience.

This company is extremely disappointing. I ordered a bed at the end of December and was told by the sales representative that delivery would take two weeks. I was informed that the headboard and footboard were on backorder but would arrive by February 9. February 9 came and went — no headboard. When I called the store, the representative (Abby) told me she never promised a February 9 delivery date and said it would arrive “soon.” I remained patient. On February 20, I received a call saying the headboard and footboard had arrived — but they were damaged. I was then told the replacement wouldn’t arrive until April — four months after my original purchase date. When I spoke to the manager, the best they offered was a $500 discount. I declined and said I no longer wanted the bed. My “options” were either they pick everything up the next day (leaving me without a bed), or they would provide a temporary headboard while I waited until April. This level of service is unacceptable. Poor communication, broken promises, damaged products, and long delays — especially at their high prices — are not worth it. I would strongly recommend staying away.

We had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan on Metropolitan Avenue. Ovi was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different furniture materials and helped us choose the right bedroom and living room pieces without any pressure. His excellent customer service made our shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Ovi if you visit this store!
