Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

My experience at this location was a pleasant one. Manager Yuri was very patient and helpful. I was able to find the perfect mattress. Customer service representative Rosa was pleasant and very quick with processing my invoice. I recommend this store highly! I'll be back for the sofa in the picture.

Outstanding experience at the Raymour & Flanigan Elmhurst location! Yuri, the manager, was absolutely exceptional. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. His customer service went above and beyond what you normally expect. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly and helpful attitude. Yuri is a true asset to the company and a big reason I would gladly recommend this location to others. Thank you, Yuri, for the amazing service — truly 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went in knowing the couch we wanted. Yuri was helpful and got us what we needed without trying to upsell us. We still shopped around a bit after, but came back to our original choice. Yuri was very helpful closing out the sale and delivery without us having to drive back out to the store. Couch is great. Very happy with the experience.

Me and my family had a great experience at this location. The manager Yuri was so patient and helpful. We got a new mattress, bed frame, and couch all of which we love. We also appreciate yuri being so kind with our son who was bored and getting into mischief around the store. Yuri played with him and distracted him while me and my husband tested out the furniture. Thanks so much!
