When I first arranged to see what mattress options were available, I was a bit trepidatious about meeting at a warehouse. Dathen is a kind and friendly person. I was immediately at ease. The warehouse serves a purpose. It is a no-frills place for customers to check out what mattress they may want. By there not being a bunch of overhead, the cost to us customers is kept down. I wanted to support a local business. I didn't need a fancy showroom example of mattress options. Simple, straightforward, friendly service, and delivery. I am all about it. I will encourage anyone seeking a mattress purchase to see if Redding Mattress has available options in their budget.

Dathan was quick to get back to me and set up an appointment to meet within a couple hours! He arrived right on time. Very friendly and honest. Explained in detail about the warranty. I did not mind the warehouse atmosphere. People should support a local business owner that can give people great prices on brand new mattresses without all the overhead. I also got same-day delivery! Thank you so much!! I highly recommend Redding mattress! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dave is fantastic! He went out of his way to make sure everything was just perfect with our follow-up needs with the mattress. He even went so far as to go back to his warehouse and grab us a different mattress. I would highly recommend using Dave and his company for all your mattress needs. He is impeccable and extremely honest

I called the number and was sent a text message. After assuming it would be an audimated robot communicating with me, Dathen messaged me back within a few minutes. He was respectful, kind and answered all my questions patiently, lol. He was the cheapest price in Redding for a full size box spring out of 9 different locations i called. We set an appointment and he was responsible in texting to let me know he'd be 5 minutes late. He was exactly on time. Upon arriving, he showed us the new box spring wrapped in plastic as he described, but then offered us the exact same one that he had previously stepped on a small section of the edge of a board and it snapped, he offered that one to us for free, which was fine because it isn't even noticeable and my 13 yr old puts her stuffed animals on that 3x3inch section. On top of that, my mom is looking to get a new queen size pillow top and Dathen shared with her his cooling mattress which is perfect for my mom. Dathen and her have made arrangements for her to proceed with that purchase. Dathen was a pleasure to do business with, very friendly and to top it off, as we said our goodbyes, he commented "have a blessed day"! That was neat to me because I say that to people and it was nice to hear it first. I will definitely return to Dathen for any future needs of a mattress or box spring. Thank you Dathen!!

Best experience i have had in a long time with anyone in the furniture industry. Dathan went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met without trying to pull a fast one like most in sales attempt to do. The process was quick and easy and I had a mattress purchased and deliverd with efficiency.
