Sleep Number

My wife and I had a great experience at the Sleep Number store in Redding, CA near the Mall. The staff there were very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and made the process of getting a new bed and furniture seamless. Their quality and service is top notch and I reccomend anyone to go see Jeremy and his team.

The staff at this location were great and explained quite a lot about the beds and ways we could get better rest. We went with a split top king size i8. What an incredible bed. Jeremy, the Manager, was very helpful. Shipping was quick. Installation went super smooth. So glad we visited the store and tried out the bed(s). After three nights, I feel awesome. Even hanging out with the laptop with the top up is so awesome. Zero G mode, is pretty awesome.

Revised review one month after purchase. Be for warned Sleep number will not tell you the fine print details on return policy. Though our Salesman Jeremy seemed like a forthright honest person he is no different than any other salesman and with held return policy information. Sure your mattress is returnable, but NOT your base platform. Funny how they don't inform you of this and screw over customers. Had I been informed of no return policy on the base I'd never agreed to buy this over priced P.O.S. that no longer works as we decided to go with a different mattress. $4,000 dollars for a base that does nothing but move up and down. Lights not working as they should. The app no longer works. Etc. If I could I'd toss this bed platform through there front glass display window at the store! Yes VERY UNHAPPY MISLEAD CUSTOMER! Will not recommend to anyone and will warn anyone of doing buisness with this company. What kind of company has a no return policy? A bad one!

Jeremy, Eddy and David all went above and beyond to complete the sell of our new California King I8 mattress with flex 2 foundation. Talked to Jeremy over the phone asked for his recommendation after I explained to him what I was looking at. He took the time with me and explained to me all the benefits. Sent my wife in so she could meet with Jeremy and get any of her questions or concerns answered and just the same as he did with me explained everything to her in great detail in length with assistance from Eddy and David! At the point we felt very comfortable in our purchase and are looking forward to getting our new mattress and foundation! Thank you Jeremy, Eddy and David. Great customer service provided by all.

Very disappointed in this entire transaction. Told ALL was refundable within 100 trial days but after some time, we were not 100 percent satisfied with the package and bed so we went to get full refund and told the base/adjustable bed frame was NOT returnable! So we are stuck with a false promise and out $$. Not happy with the lies and intentional deceit. If we would have known this detail, we would have not taken financing to purchase the package. Be warned that it is not advertised as promised and the sleep number bed isn't all they praise either. Shop elsewhere!!
