Redman's Furniture & Mattress

The store is very clean & carry a good variety on many things. The prices were reasonable & I was able to buy my daughter's mattress set through layaway from them. They were very knowledgeable & helpful to us in making the decision on the kind & type we wanted. I would definitely buy from them again!

I ordered a mattress from them and it was supposed to be in at a certain time.. Week after week I kept getting promised it would be here soon. About 6 or 8 weeks after I was told the mattress would be there the first time, I cancelled the order. However, the guy was hopping mad, raising his voice and refusing to cancel the order. I finally told him that if he didn't cancel my order, that I would proceed with fraud and charging me for a product I had never received. After that, he cancelled the order, but he was very rude about it.

After visiting several stores and listening to all the typical sales pitches in the Blue Springs area, we went to Redman's. Man, you guys ROCK! No pressure sales! We love the lifetime warranty on our new mattress! We will shop here from now on! I recommend you guys to everyone! No need to waste my time shopping around anymore! Thank you!

The most friendly, reasonable and down-to-earth store you'll ever visit. Martin, the store owner goes above and beyond to address all questions and concerns...and can frequently work some magical-miracle deals! If Martin is not there, his employees are just as up on their knowledge and professionalism as he is.It IS worth the drive....wherever you're coming from!

WOW! We were VERY impressed with the customer service and value. After coming from a competitors store, Martin showed us what true customer service and knowledge is about. Do yourself a favor and make this store a must stop when you are furniture and bedding shopping. WELL DONE!
