Well, I will say that this location is great. Theres a huge parking lot with ample parking and handicap access. Prices at this location were very reasonable for home furniture. My salesman, Lizz, did a tremendous job assisting us with furniture selections for my son's new pad. Lizz, was very professional and answered any/all questions we presented. While conditions in the store was very humid (broken a/c apparently), she kept going... sweat dripping and all. Thats dedication which is something thay resonated with me. Thanks so much, Lizz, for all your help and hard work. I will ensure I have folks come out to see you!!!

I am beyond furious with the experience I had with this furniture store. I purchased a dresser through the store itself and was forced to wait over a week for delivery instead of being allowed to buy the floor model. After finally getting it delivered, my girlfriend and I had to struggle moving this 300+ pound dresser into the house by ourselves because we paid for front-door drop-off instead of full setup service. The worst part is that we didn’t even fully get it out of the box before noticing serious damage and horrible craftsmanship. The shelves are not aligned correctly, the brackets are improperly placed, the drawers don’t sit correctly, there are visible cracks in the dresser, and there is a split in the wood on the center base that helps support the entire structure. The dresser is clearly defective and should have NEVER been sent out to a paying customer in this condition. What makes this situation even worse is the absolutely disrespectful customer service. When my girlfriend called customer support to report the damage, the woman we spoke to had an attitude the entire time and acted like WE were inconveniencing HER. She basically blamed us because we didn’t pay extra for them to bring the dresser inside and set it up, saying that if we had paid for that service, they would have checked for damages first. That makes absolutely no sense. Why would a company not inspect a product BEFORE sending it out regardless of the delivery option? Customers spending over $400-$500 on furniture should not receive broken, poorly assembled garbage that looks like it skipped quality control entirely. This entire experience has been stressful, exhausting, and infuriating. Between the damaged furniture, the physical labor of moving it ourselves, and the rude customer service, I can honestly say I will NEVER shop here again. I strongly recommend that nobody buys furniture from this company unless they want to waste their money and deal with terrible service and defective products.

Mike (Rock)did a fantastic job, no pressure sales person. Great experience. Update: Store delivered wrong and damaged mattress. Mattress I purchased is no longer available and now stonewalling on a refund. Have opened a complain with the Better Business Bureau. Good sales person, horrible management that makes promises and then calls you a liar in so many words. Was a longtime customer, no more. First picture is what I purchased, second is what I received.
