View on GoogleI had terrible service with my delivery, but Nate Morris, the manager in Greenville called me before they opened the next day and brought me the remote that wasn't delivered the night before. He also brought me breakfast from Casey's to make it up to me. He helped me program my remote to just me. Young people need to realize that you are a Customer based company and I feel like Nate Morris realizes that. I was ready to cancel my business with the company until he stepped in.

They acted fast and had two gentlemen back to my house a few hours later with a new washer and dryer set. Those two gentlemen wanted to be called "Bald and Brown". Well, Bald and Brown were very friendly and professional. I met a great group of folks today. So far, I would recommend them to anyone!
