this is the first brand new bed-frame ive ever bought! we have had it almost 2 years and the support legs have snapped from me sliding the bed, i had called & the man working (i forgot his name) had me email him pictures and not only called me back so fast but ordered new legs/hardware for us and even sent to our address! we really appreciate them and will definitely be back next time we need furniture!
View on GoogleWe had an awesome experience with Lifestyle Furniture and Mattress! We bought a bed with a warranty in 2020. It had some issues within the warranty time frame so we contacted them about it then they sent a rep out, he confirmed the issues and they gave us a new bed under the warranty free of charge. Normally you’d expect some push back and a lot of excuses but they went above and beyond and made it a very pleasant seamless process. Very impressive service will be using them for future furniture purchases!
View on GoogleThe misses and I ordered a few items back in August. One of them they told us was discontinued so we could get the floor item, and so we did. A few weeks ago, the discontinued item broke. When I called, they told us they'll see if they can still get a part from the manufacturer, and if not will see what they can do. I feared the worse, but held out hope. There was some miscommunication, but they quickly resolved that and the tech was able to come out a few days later and fix the couch. All the while they provided very friendly and great customer service. I'm happy to buy from them again.
View on Google2 years ago we bought a catnapper couch. The catnapper furniture is not good quality at all. We had to have Lifestyles come out twice to look st it. They did get us a new couch. That couch is doing the same thing. It was not due to anything that Lifestyles did by any means. They worked with us thru the entire process. Peggy our sales person was amazing. We are getting ready to purchase a new mattress from them. All the staff is very helpful and very professional. Highly recommend them.
View on GoogleI have purchased many items and have been very happy with the service and salespeople. Recently I purchased a loveseat and chair, within a day, I was not happy with my decision. I spoke to the salesperson and they graciously allowed me to choose other items and delivered them and took back the others. Not many businesses would have been as kind. Always great service and no pressure. Keeps me coming back. Thanks Lifestyle.
