Ordered a dryer on Wednesday afternoon. Came Friday afternoon. Worked with Bob and Robert in store. The guys that came to deliver and install i sadly didn't get names. Guy 1 was a tall man lean, wore blue and white high top Nikes. Answered my questions with a quickness and was very respectful. Guy 2 was shorter, had black and white Nikes with orange swooshes. He was making sure vehicles on the street slowed down while they worked. Installed new cord and dryer in basement, they verified it worked and cleaned up any mess or debris they may have brought or made. Will definitely look forward to working with them again . Side note, make sure you check once and measure twice for anything you plan to bring in so these guys can get your stuff inside without too much stress. My back door was hanging slightly to far so they had to rework how they moved the dryer in.

I ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer from their website. I hadn't heard from them for a couple of days so I reached yesterday and they told me that they have none of those items in their building. I'm currently without any of those appliances so I was understandably upset. The guy that I was originally talking to, left me on hold for 45 minutes. I hung up and called back and got a lady. She was kinda rough at first until she noticed that I was getting irritated and then read the room. She really did try to help me and break things down for me so I could at least know what was going on but I really didnt have high hopes. She said she would have the manager call me tomorrow. Harry, the manager, called me and a long story short, he really worked at getting things figured out for me. He had amazing customer service, apologized about the inconveniences of all of this but got me the appliances that I needed without paying much more. He truly washed away the stress of this mess and handled it extremely well! I would recommend this place. I would NOT order from the website to avoid what I just went through but actually go into the store to purchase items.
