The Back Store

The Back Store was so amazing. We had a few questions and Tracy made us feel welcome and was very knowledgeable. Never felt pressured and could tell that our satisfaction was way more of a priority than selling us the most expensive mattress. She then followed up with us to make sure we were happy. On top of all that I do love the new bed, if your looking for a new bed, try The Back Store l, ask for Tracy, and check out the Helix brand mattress. Worth every penny. And if Tracy tells you sleeping with your head slightly elevated makes a difference, she's not wrong. It really is a more comfortable sleep position both as a side sleeper and back sleeper.

Tracy was great and spent a lot of time making sure the mattress I picked out was the one I wanted. The delivery team went above and beyond with carrying a very heavy electric base and king size mattress up a flight of stairs and around some tricky and tight corners. They made sure that everything was set up how I wanted and took time to make sure that I understood all of the features of the base before leaving. Would recommend and will be doing business with them in the future.

Owner Tracy Humphrey is helpful, patient, well-informed. We purchased a LEESA hybrid and an adjustable platform. One issue we are having - the LEESA has a foam top that is zipped in with the base and it does shift a bit when we elevate our heads. I do have to readjust the foam top almost every morning when I make the bed. I think Tracy/salesperson should know this and recommend one-piece mattresses with an adjustable platform. Also, please provide shoe-covers to your delivery people. Beds are obviously going to be delivered to a bedroom and it is not fun to have work boots in the house on carpeting.

Nothing but good things to say. I had driven almost three hours for this specific location because they had two brands I was looking at that the one closer to me didn't have. 1) When I got there they were closed. I requested an appt outside of what was available and was texted back right away offering to meet me in an hour. 2) Ken was very respectful the entire time. He gave me plenty of time to test mattresses myself, alone. He explained and helped match me to similar ones to try. (I actually came in with two brands in mind and didn't end up getting either because he recommended one I fell in love with --Puffy LUX-- he was great and wasn't pushy like salespeople tend to be at all. Just genuine and wanted to offer his knowledge. 3) Puffy was offering a special bundle with two pillows that I noticed completely after placing the order. I reached out and they even placed an order for the bundle to be included too, matching the Puffy brand special offer. 4) Shipping was very quick. Mattress arrived on a Thursday, had ordered it the Saturday prior. So, not even a full week. Worth the drive :)

Tracy was a big help I reviewed the mattress I wanted online but I wanted to try before I bought it and the back store had what I was looking for I tried it out and seems to be right for me. I am waiting for it to arrive.I just received a email from Tracy it will be here tomorrow one week later.I also received a seniority bundle 2 pillows sheet set and mattress protector. You might want to put pillows in dryer on low heat to inflate. Thanks Tracy for your time and patience. John Skinner
