VERY happy with the whole purchase of my mattress from Verlo! My salesman Jake B was awesome 😍 personable and professional. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. Never felt pressured and walked out with a great deal on a new mattress. The delivery guys were top notch also. They kept me informed about my delivery time and were friendly and very respectful! Will definitely refer my family and friends to Verlo Mattress in Peoria!

I can’t say enough good about the people and products at Verlo Mattress of Peoria! We bought our mattress in 2018 and absolutely loved it for years. Well after 7 years of daily use, the mattress top was starting to get some dips where our body’s were every night. I called them a couple days ago to have the top reworked. They came right out and picked it up, fixed it, and delivered it back to us in only a couple hours! Everybody, from sales, to delivery, were so wonderful to deal with!!! We highly recommend giving them a call for your next new bed!!! Thanks again to everyone at Verlo Mattress, you all are the best!!!!

Great product, and outstanding customer service. After 6 years, we had to have some adjustments due to body divits. They came to Pekin, picked up our mattress, and had it good as new in just a couple of hours. Pickup/delivery guys were very professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home. Delivered my new mattress adjustable frame and headboard yesterday. Couldn't be more pleased. Delivery people did a great professional job. This is our third Verlo mattress purchase and r very happy with them.

Wish there were more stars to give Verlo of Peoria, IL! Kendrick, our sales rep, was professional, and eloquently answered all of our questions. After researching extensively and going to different stores where salespeople were hungry “to close the sale”, Kendrick was the total opposite and we felt absolutely zero pressure! Have total assurance that our purchase will be backed up with a 12-year warranty! If you’re shopping for a new mattress, don’t waste anymore time researching and go to Verlo! You’ll be glad you did!
