Excellent service and communication. The staff at Ritchie’s had more product knowledge than other stores, offered the best price, and provided a high level of satisfaction. It is clear they value their reputation and customer care more than profit alone. We are very happy with our experience and see no reason to shop elsewhere and pay more for lower quality or work with salespeople who do not seem to care about earning business long term.
View on GoogleAwesome furniture store with fair prices! Honest people will try their best to get you into whatever piece you need! They helped us secure a loveseat and couch for our in store gaming needs! Great downtown Elizabethton, TN neighbors!
View on GoogleThe team at Ritchie’s are knowledgeable, and very friendly. My refrigerator unfortunately went out 6 days before Christmas. The big box stores were no help. I gave Ritchie’s a call and to my surprise had several different refrigerators in stock and could also deliver it the same day for a very reasonable cost. It’s safe to say I will be going back for all my appliance and furniture needs.

View on GoogleStopped in quickly to look for new wall away recliners. Not only did they have them, but they were very knowledgeable and friendly. I believe in supporting the small local businesses and they are definitely worth visiting.
