Sleep Solutions Mattress Gallery - Elizabethton

Salesman at Elizabethton store was so helpful and friendly. If I had questions he went out of his way to answer them. Just to make sure he called manager. He was courteous and well knowledgeable about product. I lay on the bed and the video started. It was great. Looking to the future I would definitely make a purchase there. Very good business etiquette.

Bought some terrific sheets from this store. The salesman, Adrian, was knowledgeable, kind and refreshingly not pushy. All Elizabethton and surrounding areas need to stop here for your mattress purchases instead of heading to Johnson City. They have all the brands and also mattresses you can buy, throw in your truck, and take them home the same day. It’s beside Greg’s Pizza and everyone knows where that is! The store is extra clean and nice, not like some I’ve seen in other areas.

We had an incredible experience at Sleep Solutions! Justin provided us with honest information about mattress options and helped us pick the right fit for us based on our wishes and budget. The quality of service didn't stop there, though; Cory and Lucas delivered our new mattress in a timely fashion, contacting us when they were on the way to our home. They were so kind and respectful of our space, paying attention to detail as they set up our new adjustable bases and mattress. We will certainly return to Sleep Solutions for all future mattress needs!

Purchased bed and frame. Bed was in stock, but not brackets for headboard. Called and scheduled delivery. One hour before bed was to be delivered, salesman calls and says they sold my bed and had to order another one. Can't deliver for 2 days because a worker will be out. Poor service!!!

Justin and Terri were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Justin was very knowledgeable about every mattress and was not pushey at all. He was very patient and explained everything very well. I will recommend them to others and definitely go back for future purchases. Thanks so much for a great experience!!
