First time buyers at RTG and it was a extremely positive experience, our salesman, Elias Alicea, was a true professional with an excellent customer service attitude, he was extremely patient and full of knowledge and information about the furniture we were looking for. He was able to be our interior decorator providing very good ideas and a variety of options to choose from. Needless to say we bought what we were looking for and a bit more , zero regrets, the whole process was very smooth thanks to Elias. We are very happy new customers of RTG and specifically thankful to Elias for his help and collaboration. We highly recommended him for any of your furniture needs !

He was incredibly patient, never pushy, and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. We were shopping for a new mattress, and he took the time to walk us through every level — from super luxury options all the way down to more budget-friendly choices — explaining the differences in comfort, support, and value so we could make the best decision for our needs. If you’re looking for a new mattress or furniture in general, I highly recommend this store — and definitely ask for Robert. He truly made the experience easy and enjoyable!

Second crew - swears he can’t or didn’t want to. wear shoe covers ( I provided them) and left the mirror in my kitchen/living room . We are Seniors.Literally drop and left. I just had my steps cleaned (white carpet). That was after the 1st delivery. I understand no covering their shoes because they had extremely heavy furniture to carry upstairs. But a mirror ? Not happy at all. I pd. $5,000 for a bedroom set and you can’t wear shoe covers or take your nasty shoes off. The mirror came almost a month later. It was two guys. Won’t shop here again. John - the salesman was spectacular !! 5 stars ⭐️ First crew - 5 stars 2 stars - for second crew that’s why I put 2 stars.

He’s incredibly down to earth, genuinely funny, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. There was zero pressure, just honest guidance and a genuinely great attitude the whole time.
