If you're thinking of buying here, stop and read this first. The furniture is fine, the prices are good, and the in-store service seemed very good (at least when it comes to making a sale). But here's the kicker: after-sales service is where you truly see the quality of a company, and if you don't want to be frustrated, don't buy here. We bought a dining set and scheduled the delivery. We were excited, bought tablecloths and new dishes, and had the space ready to assemble it as soon as it arrived. When we turned it over, we noticed a defect, so I contacted after-sales support and attached photos as proof. They said the exchange was possible and sent me a schedule to reschedule delivery a week later. I told them I had already waited, that I couldn't wait again, and that the mistake was theirs. I wasn't the one requesting the exchange, so the fair thing to do was to help expedite the process. All I got was a refusal. They missed out on a potential customer and gained an objective review that I'm sure will make you think twice before buying here.

My husband and I had a great experience at Rooms to Go. We are pretty hands off people and like to really go off and discuss what our options are. I called first and spoke to Richard T. He was very nice and so I asked if when I arrived I could ask for him and he said yes. When I got to the store he was there and actually greeted me at the door, I don't know how he knew it was me or if it was just chance but he remembered exactly what I was looking for and brought me right to the bed. Then we looked at different mattress options, he was very patient and understanding. I will definitely do business with Richard again, I'm looking for some chairs and we discussed them so I can call him and set it up I'm sure. It was fast and easy to shop for my new bed and mattress with the help of Richard T. 😊 Thanks.
