Royal Furniture of Emmaus

The couch I ordered from Royal Furniture of Emmaus was delivered today. I was very happy with the delivery. They were very careful in transferring the couch from the truck to my living room. Needless to say the entire process of going to Royal furniture, selecting, ordering and receiving was a great experience. Michael was very helpful to me in making my selection. He wasn’t pushy and he let me browse at my own pace. Royal Furniture in Emmaus is locally owned which separates it from the franchises. It is one of the reasons I went there when I was looking for a new couch. I found it has a wide selection of quality furniture at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Royal Furniture of Emmaus.

We had an amazing experience with ordering multiple pieces from Royal Furniture! When moving into our hound we found the need for additional furniture items to really put the finishing touches on our space, ordered 2 mattresses with frames, a reclining sofa and a sectional. Art was very thoughtful in helping me come up with the design of my sectional as I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first in terms of color/fabric/layout, but I was pretty particular about the feel of the cushions I wanted. He was able to show me the perfect floor model that I was able to customize to my taste. Art was extremely knowledgeable and very kind and walking me through all of the different options. The turnaround time was quick for all of my items and the delivery took extra care in my new home as the staircases were pretty tricky overall had a fantastic experience, I am so thrilled that I was able to support a local business royal also put in and expedited order when I was in quick need of a new mattress for a sick family member who was going to be staying with us. You can tell, the people who work at Royal really care about what they do, and try to provide customer service to the highest level. I can definitely say I am a satisfied customer of royal and would recommend my experience to anyone. Thank you Art and the rest of the team for helping me make make my spaces that more welcoming!

I highly recommend Royal Furniture! Art was our salesman and very knowledgeable and patient when we were choosing our family room furniture, even allowing us to borrow sample fabrics repeatedly. And the delivery team was knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. I will be back for future purchases!

What a pleasant experience! Highly recommend Royal furniture and our salesman Michael. American made furniture! So many custom options included in the price- you get what you pay for, and I know we are getting quality furniture from a local company. No one hovered- but were available when we needed them. No one rushed us- and helped with color and fabric selection. It was just a great experience!

My husband & I went to Royal yesterday looking for a new sofa. There were so many styles to choose from and since our living room is small we had to go with a small size sofa. (They were able to accommodate our need). Art was our salesman and he is very knowledgeable, he is not "pushy" and above all, he is HONEST ! He explained that all the furniture is AMERICAN made right here in the USA ! Our sofa will be coming from Iowa! Unlike other furniture stores in the area we went to, we were able to choose the style of the sofa, the color & the kind of fabric we liked (and believe me, there were MANY color schemes to choose from). Also, for the throw pillows, you had a choice of fabric to match (didn't need to be the same as the sofa). We couldn't do that at the other places we looked at. Prices are quite comparable to the other stores we looked at but the service at Royal is much more personable and I believe in keeping business with the "Ma 'n Pa" stores ~ Not the bigger "chain stores". We will most DEFINITELY do business with Royal Furniture in Emmaus. I can't say enough about the most pleasant experience we encountered and I would recommend Royal Furniture to everyone !!
