A couple months ago I made a purchase online with Furniture Mecca and initially I had a pretty troubling experience. Due to that I left a derogatory review and rated them one star however, my issues were addressed and corrected after that post was made. I received my overcharge back and I received my product the very next date they had available. Today two months later they followed up with me on this post to apologize again and welcome any other comments or concerns I have. That is quality customer service in my eyes! Especially because I know they are a smaller company that covers a huge region of customers. They didn’t forget me and that’s a company I want to do business with. They will get down to the bottom of any issues that occur and resolve them and follow up when you least expect it. Also, I must say I am completely satisfied with the product. It’s very well put together which is hard to find in today’s furniture unless you spend a fortune. This reclining sectional I bought for my podcast room I will have for years! Thank you Furniture Mecca you guys are great!

View on GoogleFurniture Mecca — this is now my second purchase with your company, and unfortunately, both experiences have been consistently disappointing. In each instance, my orders were either delayed or misplaced, with delivery dates repeatedly scheduled and then missed without proper communication or accountability. Customers plan their time around these commitments, and failing to meet them—more than once—shows a lack of reliability and respect for your customers. Additionally, the Allentown location has been extremely difficult to reach. Phone calls go unanswered, and there appears to be a pattern of poor responsiveness and lack of urgency when addressing customer concerns. At this point, this is no longer an isolated issue but a clear pattern in service quality. I strongly encourage your company to reevaluate its delivery coordination, communication practices, and customer service standards. Thank you
