We had such a wonderful experience shopping at Rudd Furniture! We walked in just 30 minutes before closing and immediately found a piece we absolutely loved. Amanda Rudd went above and beyond to help us visualize the sideboard in our home, even bringing fabric swatches up next to it for comparison. To top it off, it was delivered to us by 11am the very next morning! The Rudd family truly cares about their customers, and it shows. We’ll definitely be shopping here again!

I hoped to find the right battery at a less eye-popping price than offered by Bassett directly. Jason Rudd was great to work with, start to finish. Rudd Furniture stocked the correct battery and Jason was willing to handle the sale over the phone and then ship the battery to me in South Carolina. The battery arrived quickly and is just what I needed. Rudd Furniture sold the battery at a very reasonable price. The entire experience left me with a positive impression of Rudd Furniture Company.
View on GoogleIf I could I would give Jason and Rudd furniture a 10. I needed a battery pack for Bassett reclining sofa and chair. Order one from Amazon that wouldn’t fit. Looked again and found Rudd Furniture and their price was a lot better than Bassett. Called and talked to Jason, he was very helpful. He took my order over the phone, even went to UPS during his lunch to ship out my battery order. Followed up with UPS tracking, and pictures showing how to install batteries. Wonderful customer service. !! Thanks again Jason.

In a recent move one of the globes was broken. I called the store and Amanda was able to locate my order. She called Uttermost and had the replacement globe mailed to us. Amanda called today to make sure the package had arrived. Exceptional and professional service! Amanda has gone above and beyond to help us. It is so refreshing in this day and time.
