Wrong furniture, but it was more expensive Don't matter though it's the principle.nBoth of them talk too much. I feel like they try to lure you away from what you're really trying to do. Just say you didn't have the furniture we wanted, don't give us the wrong one.
View on GoogleAwful experience! He’s a fast talker and very dishonest! Before I went to the store I applied online and was given a line of credit. Had never been to this store before so I thought it was being financed. Went to the store to pick out the furniture. He is a very fast talker he doesn’t have anyone to help on the floor so if another customer comes in he walks away from you and start trying to help them! Well he told me to come back on Tuesday because Fridays are busy and it was a pretty long process with the financing. Ok I go back on Tuesday he has to call the company Acima is the name of the company that does I guess you would call the finance company, he never gave me a contract never told me the payment. He told me when I talk to Acima tell them I was getting the furniture that day which I wasn’t I was gone have to come back to get it once I got a U-Haul! Well I just so happen to call Acima because I didn’t have no payment amount, no due date! That’s when I wa informed how much I would be paying which was double of what it was priced in the store and it would be automatically draft out my checking account every two weeks! It was pretty much like a rental center. So I go back to his store told him I was not going to be picking up the furniture and why! This man got so angry start telling me Acima has already paid him and he had taken it out his inventory ! I pretty much told him I didn’t care and I was calling Acima to let them know to cancel/terminate agreement. They was very apologetic and did terminate the agreement and refunded me the money I had previous paid when opening up the account. Now I see why he felt the need to tell me he has a cousin that’s a lawyer the day I went in to Pick out the furniture! Worst unprofessional place I have ever been to! If I could I would rate him a 0!

View on GoogleWe bought a 3 piece king bed set with the mattress for $1000 the head board turns on the light the room at night. The dressers has chic diamond like knobs. The big dresser has a mirror. It is so beautiful I love it and the price is amazing
